Schukinsk Drama School gave Daniil more than he could ever expect – a meeting with his wife, an actress Maria Leonova.

       'I discovered my feelings for her pretty fast. You can name it the love at first sight. Her feelings, unlike mine, have gone a long way. This explains why, knowing each other since 1994, we only got together in 1998...'

Indeed, they had their ups and downs. However, Daniil and Maria have been together for ten years since, happily married for the past three.
